Thunderbolt 3 is an amazing technology that can do just about anything, but that can be a double edged sword. The hope with Thunderbolt 3 is that you could use a single port to connect multiple devices by daisy chaining them together. This sounds pretty great, except not every Thunderbolt device can daisy chain, and the ones that can are typically quite expensive.
